At first, you can start reading some popular classics in simple languages like O Henry, Charles Dickens, Anton Chekhov, Mark Twain, Alexandre Dumas, Leo Tolstoy, Rabindranath Tagore and others as well.

Write like it’s your Carbon-dioxide:

Whatever you have adapted by reading, vomit it in a white paper. Only reading can’t help you to write perfectly. Practice makes a man perfect. Write as much as you can like you leave carbon dioxide from your body. The much you practice that much you can improve your writing skills by each.

Just because you want to emulate the great writers really does not mean you have to be like ‘em. Experiment with the skills that you have adapted. Write correct sentences and don’t play much with vocabulary. You can get influenced by others however make it in your own ways before putting it on the paper. Be open to making experiments with the themes where you can taste new ways to think and write.

Use easily understandable Sentences:

Short sentences are easy to read and understand for the audience. Making short sentences with a strong verb should be your aim though it should not be in every sentence. Here, short sentence means do not make too lengthy adding more than one or two clauses. Remember, it is difficult for the common reader to go beyond 20 -25 words in a sentence and lose patience to continue.

Make a meaningful heading:

Whenever someone is starting to read anything, the first they see is the heading of the content. It plays a big role. The entire content summary should be in that headline! Headlines are the most important factor while creating great content. The reason behind this, headlines decides whether or not your target audience is going to read your article. A headline is the only impression you can make on an Internet surfer which can spin them into a potential reader.

Content is the King:

The subject of content should be clear and on track. Readers shouldn’t get confused while reading the content. Length usually depends upon what you are writing. Articles, Blogs, Journals, and others have their own word limits and it also depends on the space where it is going to publish. To get more readers is to write posts that are short and sweet.

Never forget online publishing attributes:

Internet is the most powerful way to connect with people worldwide; If you know the proper way to use this connection to promote. There are several things you should maintain while writing, i.e., keywords, H1-H2 factors, plagiarism of the content, Headline, etc. You need to understand the SEO content, which is any content created with the goal of attracting search engine traffic.

Revise before you publish:

If you really want your writing to be better than your previous one then you have to revise your own writing before showing anyone else. Many writers hate revising their own content as they think they’ve already written and feel lazy enough to go and check everything in detail again. But here is the difference between a writer and a good writer. You should go and check your content properly, like grammar check, spelling mistakes, edit awkward sentence structure or confusing sentences formed by you. Your aim should be clarity, strength, and freshness of your words.

A strong start and Smooth ending:

The most important and crucial part of your writing is the “Start” and the “End”. Your first motto should hook your readers in the beginning. If you failed to do that then they won’t read your rest contents. Naturally, you should spend some extra time to draft the beginning, and your ending should leave your readers wanting more of your works.

Always open for Criticism:

You cannot get better in a vacuum. After completing your work show it someone- preferably a good writer or editor who reads a lot. That person can help you to find your flaws with honest and intelligent feedback. If you get hurt by that person’s feedback, then you won’t be able to correct your mistakes. Listen to that person and try to understand the criticism and accept it to improve yourself. Instead of getting hurt, thank that person who helped you to correct yourself in a better way.

The tips I’ve described, are the important and basic points. By practicing these, you will be able to upgrade yourself. So read-write-practice. Wish you a good day and career ahead with more improvement. Good luck.
