Team Leader

Job Context

As a Team Leader at CYBERTOSS PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, data management, e-commerce support, web research and data mining, web content writing, social media marketing, and administrative support.

Job Responsibility

• Handling social media promotion activities - Email Marketing Campaign day-to-day task i.e. email management & lead management - Build an environment where people feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and supporting each other. - Encourage team members to regularly analyse email campaigns. - Guide the team members on project, overview and process. - Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Use of Slack for informal discussions and may use video call for project update to client. - Analysis of Clients' pain-points and interests.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelors or higher degree

Experience Requirement

• Social Media Marketing or Email Marketing - minimum 2 Years
• Team Management - minimum 1 year
• Knowledge in CRM like Apollo, Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
• Proficient in handling social media technicalities.
• Excellent oral and written english communication skills
• Knowledge of data scraping extensions
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule i.e. UK shift / US shift.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, any field of science, Business Administration in Marketing or related fields.

Additional Requirement

• Age between 25 to 32years.
• Must be comfortable in Night shifts.
