Already having developed an expertise in eCommerce business support after having worked in Amazon Marketplace including customer support solution and associated support tasks, I was confident enough to take forward this project and grabbed the opportunity immediately.
Our Client was a famous fashion designer from the USA, who was also quite popular in India. She was quite patient and had a strong desire to run the show. However, she lacked expertise in developing business worldwide. We had agreed to a mutual contract, which we had to continue for 8-12 months to obtain the ultimate results, recover the costs and achieve a profit.
The challenge was to develop a website unique and different and also better than the other fashion designers. She was well equipped to pile her stocks and had her ways to deliver the products to her customers.
We utilized the skill of my best team to do proper research and made up a well-structured strategy for the website. We had to affix certain parameters to create the website and design it. I had trained my CSR team to act efficiently, at the time of selling for the very first month. I have used technologies like WordPress, WooCommerce, customized Payment Gateway integration (instamojo), Customized Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and similar others.
The sale generated in the second month and accelerated from the third month. After handling the account for the last 7 months, it generated a good amount of sales and also covered her recurrent inventory investment every month. The sale has now had a good growth (Avg. Sale 3,500.00 USD per week min), in just a few months – one year of business opening from now she is going to enjoy a huge profit considering her all kind of investments here.
We have been providing her service even after the delivery of the project regarding any kind of issues like coding problem, database connectivity issues or any kind of front end alignment issues and many more. Currently, her target is to come on the first page of any search engine and we are working on that.
